Last night California Issues Reform hosted a call with Andrew Campanelli, a lawyer with 26 years of experience, and he shared some of his perspectives ( not advice) to discuss with your lawyer.
Andrew gets 40 calls a day he estimated, from people who tell him that they just woke up to a pole with a small cell facility installed on it right outside their bedroom. People are getting sick within days or weeks. This is happening now.
Once the small cells are up however, it is very difficult to do anything about it.
We share this not to just scare you- but so you have the facts and can be empowered to take action before the applications are approved. Protect your families. Create healthy communities with us.
